The Department of Supply Chain Management at the International Hellenic University is based in Katerini. It began its operations in 2003 and is the only department nationwide that exclusively and entirely focuses on the scientific field of Supply Chain Management. The department accepts students from the 2nd and 4th scientific fields, namely 'Physical and Technological Sciences' and 'Economics and Computer Science,' respectively.
It offers teaching and research activities at undergraduate, postgraduate, doctoral, and postdoctoral levels. The mission of the Department is to promote education and research across a wide range of topics covering all aspects of supply chain management. From design and execution to analysis and optimization, we aim for our students to acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in a dynamic and competitive field, with the goal of optimally staffing both the public and private sectors.
