To meet modern demands and their diverse roles with the resources available, there is an increasing need for scientific training in administrative and organizational matters for employees.

The Master's Program in Public Administration represents a significant advancement in the field of public administration training. It is a well-designed and organized program that prepares professionals capable of meeting contemporary needs effectively.

The success of the program has been widely recognized by students and administrative professionals. Currently, the Master's Program in Public Administration operates three distinct Departments under the auspices of the Department of Organization and Management at the International University of Greece:

  • in Serres
  • in Katerini, in collaboration with the Department of Supply Chain Management of the International University of Greece (DIPA) located on the Katerini campus
  • in Thessaloniki, in collaboration with the Department of Organizational Management, Marketing, and Tourism of the International University of Greece (DIPA), based at the Sindos campus.
    Starting from the academic year 2022-2023, the Master's Program in Business Administration is conducted entirely online, with synchronous distance education processes for teaching and examinations.

The Master's Program in Public Administration lasts three semesters, awards 90 ECTS credits, and confers the degree of 'Master's Diploma in Public Administration.
