Amalia Stafylla holds a PhD in Organizational Psychology from the Department of Psychology at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH) and a postgraduate specialization diploma in Industrial and Commercial Psychology from ULB (Brussels). She is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Supply Chain Management at the International Hellenic University (IHU) (Katerini Campus), with a specialization in Human Resource Management. She has many years of experience in higher education (AUTH, University of Macedonia, Hellenic Open University), teaching Human Resource Management, Work and Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Interpersonal Relationships, Business Communication, Consumer Behavior, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Research Methodology. She has worked as a Human Resources consultant, undertaking projects in staff selection/recruitment and in the design and delivery of training programs for companies and organizations. She participates in funded research programs (European Union, AUTH Research Committee, ATEITh). She is the author of scientific articles and a CRM book, and serves as a reviewer for scientific journals and conferences. Her research interests include the study of leadership/management practice, positive and negative workplace behaviors, and HR analytics.
