In the context of the project, a study <\/span>was conducted aiming the <\/span>techno<\/span>-economic analysis of interventions<\/span>as proposed by the relevant <\/span>diagnostic analysis of the existing operation <\/span>of the EYATH S.A<\/span> <\/span>l<\/span><\/span>ogistics<\/span> system. In the aforementioned context, <\/span>were specified<\/span> technical requirements for the improvement of the <\/span>existing<\/span> facilities with the aim of improving the smooth operation of the central warehouse of EYATH in the area <\/span>Kalochori<\/span>, <\/span>were analyzed<\/span> the relevant technical specifications for the required equipment and the improvement works of the warehouse space <\/span>was conducted<\/span> a cost estimation of the interventions was carried out to determine a realistic budget for the reorganization project, as well as <\/span>a proposed implementation schedule for these interventions<\/span> was developed.<\/span> The <\/span>key areas <\/span>of the proposed<\/span>interventions<\/span> focused on the<\/span>improvement of the building infrastructure<\/span> including the i<\/span>nstallation of a new industrial-type flooring <\/span>the <\/span>enhancement<\/span> of<\/span> lighting <\/span>both inside and outside the warehouse<\/span> the<\/span>supply and installation of new pallet racks<\/span> and <\/span><\/span>Dexion-type pallets<\/span><\/span>, <\/span>the<\/span>supply of an electrical <\/span>manual <\/span>pallet jack<\/span> and <\/span><\/span>counterbalance<\/span><\/span>, <\/span>the<\/span>installation of appropriate signage and markings for better organization of storage locations<\/span>and the overall improvement of the warehouse space to increase efficiency and enhance worker safety.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
